Ownership and Licensing
These resources remain the intellectual property of the creator. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these resources as outlined in this agreement.
The license granted to you does not expire if you cancel your membership. However, the license may be revoked if you violate any of the terms of this agreement.
Consequences of Violation
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to this resource library. Legal action may be pursued if necessary to protect the creator's intellectual property.

T.RICKS reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use this website, you agree to comply with the most current version of this agreement as it is updated.
